BEFORE YOUR VISIT:

If it's your first time visiting us, we will need you to fill out our waiver before your visit.

Be sure to review our ID and age requirements. All minors must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.

Waiver

UPON ARRIVAL:

1. Please be on time or early to your appointment.

Our schedule is tight and we may need to reschedule you if you are even a little late. If you do need to reschedule we ask that you do so at least a couple of hours before your appointment.

2. Let us know when you arrive! The door will be locked. Hang out in your car and text your name to:
